This story is part of the series called "The Missions Story Set," and is taken from Acts 5:17 – 6:7

Religious leaders became angry as the message of Jesus spread throughout Jerusalem. They decided to strike out against the apostles. This exciting story has unusual twists and turns. The apostles received help from two unexpected sources.

At that same time, problems were developing in the church. There was a dispute concerning the care of widows. This formed the need to create the position of deacons.
