In the early church, believers often would sell their possessions to meet the needs of other Christians. A godly man named Barnabas was an example of this by selling his land and giving the money to the needs of others. A married couple Ananias and Sapphira started to do the same, but changed their mind after the land was sold. This is a story of what happened. It is told by John Walsh
